Our Delivery Options

1. Standard Shipping (10-15 business days after dispatch)

For gardeners who want their plants a little faster, our standard shipping option uses premium carriers DHL or FedEx to get your order to you quickly and securely.

Shipping fee: $12.95 AUD (regardless of order size)

Perfect for when you’re eager to start planting or need plants for an upcoming gardening project.

2. Free Shipping (15-25 business days after dispatch)

For budget-conscious gardeners, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 AUD via EMS.

Shipping fee: FREE for orders $50+ (otherwise $12.95 AUD)

Ideal for larger orders or when you’re happy to wait a little longer to save on delivery costs.

How We Pack Your Plants

Our tubestock plants are specially packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Secure potting: Plants are shipped in their growing containers with soil secured
  • Protective wrapping: Each plant is carefully wrapped to prevent damage
  • Breathable materials: We use packaging that allows air circulation during transit
  • Weather protection: Insulation against extreme temperatures when needed
  • Detailed instructions: Every order includes planting and care guides

Delivery to Your Region

We deliver to most countries worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Our plants are shipped from our Warner Glen nursery in Western Australia, where they’re grown with care in ideal conditions before being sent to your garden.

Important note: Some countries may have restrictions on importing plants. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We cannot be responsible for plants confiscated by customs.

After Your Plants Arrive

When your plants arrive:

  1. Unpack them immediately and remove any packaging materials
  2. Give them a drink of water if the soil is dry
  3. Acclimate them to their new environment for a day or two before planting
  4. Refer to the included care instructions for specific planting advice
