Just as we carefully nurture our plants, we carefully consider your gardening needs. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of live plants, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All live plants (including our popular Australian Native Plants, Bee Friendly Plants, and Bulbs)
- Perishable goods (such as our Bush Tucker Plants and Butterfly Food Plants)
- Personalized or special order items
We carefully inspect all plants before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive damaged plants, please see our “Damaged Items” section below.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing of Refunds:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid via credit or debit card, the refund will go back to that card. For PayPal payments, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your plants, but if you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items
- We’ll arrange for replacement plants to be sent at no additional cost to you
- You may be asked to return the damaged plants (we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label in this case)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product:
- Contact us first to ensure the item you want is available
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
- The exchange process follows the same timeline as returns
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
