All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

2.3 Plant Care

Plants are living organisms that require proper care. We’re not responsible for plants that fail to thrive due to improper care after delivery.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days
• We’ll notify you when your order ships

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. You confirm that the payment method is yours or you’re authorized to use it.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this won’t affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

• Check your tracking information first
• Contact the shipping carrier
• If unresolved, contact us within 30 days of dispatch

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must be in original packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

• All live plants (including Australian Native Plants, Bee Friendly Plants, and Bulbs)
• Perishable goods (such as Bush Tucker Plants and Butterfly Food Plants)
• Personalized or special order items

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and product details
3. Wait for approval and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll process refunds within 5 business days
• Refunds go to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

• We’ll arrange replacements at no cost to you
• You may be asked to return damaged plants (we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label if needed)
